During this nurturing retreat, you will be attuned to the energy of Reiki, receiving the sacred symbols and knowledge to work with Reiki on yourself and others. In our serene and supportive environment, we will guide you step-by-step through the practices and philosophies that form the foundation of Reiki.

Learning Reiki is truly life changing in a gentle transformative way. Reiki helps to clear emotional blockages, supports physical healing, and enhances spiritual growth. It is a deeply centring and beneficial practice that will support you throughout your life.

During this retreat, you will receive Gong Sound healing sessions, and Shion will share the essence of this path as a healing modality. 

Holistic Living will also be explored with additional insights into helping ourselves and others to maintain health and well-being. This includes Hand reflexology, principles of the doshas in Ayurveda, Food as a Medicine, classical herbs and treatments for health and vitality.

Your body will be nurtured with wholesome plant based meals that lighten and nourish the body, while you immerse in the West Country of Wales, full of clean air, spring water and nurturing nature. 

We also share with you tools on how to maintain a compassionate, humble and moral approach to the sharing of this healing modality. Ensuring we keep the transmission and sharing of Reiki anchored in its pure intention.
